10/19/2009 - The American Legion Auxiliary Unit 28 and the American Legion Department of Delaware Officers recently visited East Millsboro Elementary School to hono fifth grader Lorena Ramirez for her outstanding accomplishment as the Eastern Divisional Winner in Class I and the Overall National Winner in the Eastern Division in the National Auxiliary Essay Contest.
